As we said Goodbye to 2017 and welcome 2018 with new hopes, new wishes and new resolutions. It is like an old tradition that whenever a new year starts everyone start making new resolutions such as saving money, travel around the world, learn something new etc. The ‘new year’ bring a person from our inside for a small period of time.


But we thought to make a difference in this new year, let’s try to make life our lifestyle healthy and better with few changes in our lives. Let’s decide to break these bad habits so we can a have a better life ahead.

EAT LESS SALT

We know that sodium is necessary for our body and it will cause death if you stop consuming it. But intake of extra sodium is also bad for you as it increases the risk of heart diseases, high blood pressure and strokes.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention explains, “Excess sodium can increase your blood pressure and your risk of a heart disease and stroke. together, heart disease and stroke kill more Americans each year than any other cause.”
So try to minimize the amount of salt in your food to have a healthy life.

STOP DRINKING SODA

Soda is full of refined sugar and that is not good for your health. The habit of drinking too much side will increase the risk of obesity as it contains a lot of calories. According to a study by the American Heart Association’s peer-reviewed journal, Stroke revealed that these sodas will also increase the risk of dementia and stroke. It also increases the 30% chance of cardiac attack. Switch these diet soda with water or green tea and the result will be amazing.

EAT SLOWLY

Most people inhale their food because of their busy routines or schedules. Sometimes they don’t even chew their food. Takayuki Yamaji, a cardiologist at Hiroshima University in Japan says that “Eating more slowly may be a crucial lifestyle change to help prevent metabolic syndrome.” When you fastly then intentionally you eat more food. It also causes bigger glucose fluctuation and which lead to diabetes type 2. So properly chew your food and take your time to finish your meal.

MORE SEX

It is fun for us having sex but what you didn’t know that it is a healthy habit as well which is why you should do it more. When a person doesn’t cum regularly then fluids become stagnant that causes more viruses and bacteria in the prostate which lead to cancer. So it is better to have sex it makes you healthy and raises your immunoglobulin A (IgA) levels, which helps to avoid cold and flu.

MORE SLEEP

When you didn’t sleep well then it badly affect your health. According to a new study, people who sleep less than 6 hours, the chances of their death increases 12%. When we didn’t sleep well then automatically we didn’t perform well. Sleeping less can also make you fat so try to have a good 8-hours sleep for a healthy and happy life.

STOP SMOKING

24% cancer cases are caused by smoking that includes lungs, oesophagus, larynx, throat, kidney, and liver etc found by study of American Cancer Society.It also makes your teeth yellow or brown.
Well, I am not getting into any specifics all I know that it is not good for health and cause to lead you to death. So it’s time to quit smoking and have a perfect health.

DON’T DRINK TOO MUCH ALCOHOL

Well, I know that quitting drinking is not possible so you can be realistic and avoid it to the certain level. You can reduce the amount of drinking as it increases the risk of breast, colon, oesophagus, and head and neck cancer. So try to avoid drinking it too much. Take care of your health.

STOP EATING OUT

Processed and packaged foods are not good for your health. It’s better to eat simple and healthy. Try to avoid eating sugar and unhealthy carbs. As well as junk food also badly affects your health because it increases the risk of stroke, obesity, cardiac problems etc. So if really care about your health and want to have a healthy life then cook at your home and eat it. It is also less expensive.
